I only wish things moved faster. People love their Teslas like no other vehicle. I was originally told a Friday, but picked up on a Tues. I became frustrated with the communication and scheduling on the back end. Car looks great though.

If an insurance company is paying Claim, I only pay deductible. Service King should release car upon payment of deductible and any funds already released by the insurer. Any dispute between insurer and Service King is not my business and my car should not be help for ransom if there is a dispute between Service King and the insurer for supplemental payments.
