I was very impressed by the customer service at this facility. I live 2 hours from this location and was a little worried. I was very impressed with the daily updates on my car. This team went above and beyond normal service. I had surgery and couldn't get back to pick my car up. They had my car towed to my home! I couldn't believe that they would do something like that. Also, my car looks as good as new. Thank you Bao and everyone involved in the repair and return of my car.

**** Rosales thoroughly explained what needed to be done to repair my car. They had my car repaired in 2 days. Exceptional!! When I arrived to pickup my car **** went over the repairs with me.
