I wasn’t just completely satisfied with the work done on my vehicle, I was completely satisfied with the staff and the timeliness of the work done on my Vehicle. Mindy Garibay was amazing. She mad sure to notify us of the progress of the vehicle, she took action when Ancira Volkswagen was stone walking her to get the vehicle’s diagnostic wasn’t being done. She picked up my vehicle and took it to another dealership to get done. She did everything she could to get my vehicle back to me ASAP. I will definitely come back for any of my vehicle’s repairs and I will definitely advertise to other about Service King on Wildflower Drive. Thank you again for all they did for me and my family.

The Service king in Spring Branch was inundated with deer related accident like ours so they asked if we would allow them to take our car to another Service king in San Antonio for faster service and we agreeded. Our car was taken to SK located at 5003 Wildflower, San Antonio, Tx. Paul was our, our service writer took excellent care of us. He called or texted daily to let us know the status of our car. Our car was repaired much sooner than expected and and we are extremely pleased with the work. My husband and I were both in the insurance claims business at different major insurance companies for over 30 years and Paul impressed us with his excellent customer service and knowledge.
