Received my car back in less than a week. I had a young man named Omar that went the extra mile to help us. We have a Son with stage 4 experimental cancer treatment at MD Anderson in Houston and were able to get there in time to be with him. Our pickup was back in mint condition. Omar was so great and easy to work with! After waiting an hour for an enterprise shuttle to pick me up, he didn’t hesitate to drive me and another customer over there himself. I’ll definitely come back to the Service King location in Plano off of K Ave if I ever need another repair
