Scott was like a breath of fresh air. His continued phone calls to keep me updated regarding the repairs on my vehicle, his patience in answering every question thoroughly and with kindness was very much appreciated. Something sadly rare these days.

There is a noise whenever I drive over about 40 mph that sounds like the window is cracked and my driver side door does not lock. I have to manually push the lock to get it to lock. It doesn't not unlock with the clicker on my key so my drivers door is virtually unusable which is why I took it there in the first place. Very annoyed.

It nice to have the updates, but a single e-mail of phone call a day should be sufficient. Also, I am not sold on using my car as a shuttle vehicle. Incidentally, you don't have any reading material at the waiting room although it was not needed in my case since I really did not have much of a wait.
