When discussing & closing up the whole process, if a man is present don’t assume he is in charge/the owner of the car. i brought my boyfriend with me but it was my car & i am the person concerned with the car & who should be spoken to. speak to the owner of the car directly & don’t assume to speak initially with a man present. i honestly do not take any offense to this happening & i think it was more of a subconscious thing but as a general rule of thumb speak to the owner of the car unless asked to do so otherwise. The customer service was really great & i am not unhappy with it. this was just a small thing i would be aware of in the future. normally i would not fill out a survey like this but it is because you guys were so nice that i am.

I would loved to have been, I sent a text o. Friday saying my car was ready but only needed to be washed, I waited, no word, Monday morning the same message, I waited until Monday afternoon and stopped by was told the car needed to be washed, Tuesday I called and they told me they left lights on as this battery was dead, finally went to pick up my car the front bumper had red paint and scuffs they did buff it out while I waited
