Chris Lyerla provides excellent service with his regular updates on repairs. He even stayed back late on the day I picked up my fantastically repaired car. Having used another branch in San Antonio previously -This particular branch of service king is highly recommended.

There were a few things that were not a big deal but were concerns. My back tire looks like it was painted from the color of the paint, as if it wasn’t covered when it went to paint. There were some white streaks on my front 2 car seats when I got it, luckily those washed out. However, I got my car back quickly and Christian kept me updated every step of the way. Communication was impeccable.

I was impressed by the customer service that was given to me, therefore I choose service king as the place that I would repair my 2015 jeep Cherokee.
I walked in got the estimate with promptness
I dropped off the Jeep and felt at ease knowing that it was in great hands.
Time of pick up came in perfect timing, was dropped off with certainty that I would drive away satisfied, only to find that the job was less than poorly done, walking it through I found a MAJOR discrepancy in the color match, , I wakted to liquidate the job, The obvious color discrepancy did not allow the transaction to take place.
I look forward to a resolution as soon as possible.
