Bill was my point of contact for my repair. Awesome guy and great work ethic. Told me what I should expect in terms of timeline and end result. I found out later that Bill was hospitalized for a medical condition mid way thru my repair. Make sure the company sends him a get well present or something!

Time taken for repair was excessive. When I arrived at Service King, parts there
Prior to my car beig ar service King were missing and others damaged. The paint job I and the insurance company paid for was unsatisfactory. Very dissatisfied and disappointed to lack of attention or rushing through job and POSSIBLY, giving me back my truck with necessary parts missing knowingly and hoping that I would not notice ! Quite simply unacceptable ! I would not bring my car to Service King again, nor recommend them to anyone.
