The new hood is defective. The windshield washers don't work. When I returned to have it checked, everything was ok except the fluid didn't squirt out on either side. The attendant concluded that they must be "frozen" despite the fact the car is kept in a garage and this problem has never occurred before. Please have a rental car available (at your expense) when I bring the car back for correction.

Could not have been more satisfied. Everyone went out of their way to help out when needed. Especially Gary and Rob being available on the weekend. Gary on a Sunday after our accident to allow us to bring the car in; and Rob on a Saturday allowing me to pick up my car since I was from out of town. In general, the experience was much more positive than my previous service experiences at other places. One suggestion I would make is to stay open past 5:00 pm, at least a couple days per week.
