We especially appreciated the frequent texts and phone calls, keeping us well informed as to the cars status. We would rate every aspect of the service a "ten"...perfect. We really appreciated that we could leave our enterprise rental car at the Abra shop and did not have to drive though rush hour traffic to the enterprise office. The office staff was friendly and completely professional. The workmanship on the car was flawless. We will very strongly recommend Abra. Thank you.
