Beautiful craftsmanship for the repair. Timely completion as well. But the paperwork side was not good - starting with lost repair appointment between the "800" system and the Boulder shop. Several other paperwork snafu's as well but the repairs are finally done and look great so I am satisfied.

Took vehicle in for estimate and work done on the same day. Extensive work was done on the rear bumper 1000. However, I also reviewed paint scratches on the front bumper and door that I wanted work done on also. Areas were marked with neon green highlighter and pictures were taken. I was told by very nice representative that since paint most likely had to mixed for damage to rear bumper that those front bumper dings could also be fixed: buff, paint, top gloss. I was called when the work was completed. When I showed up, I was super bummed only the rear bumper was done. The representative tried to do the work manually on other areas, paint (not matched but what was on hand) was applied to the scratches but no buffing or top coat applied and some scratches were buffed out a little better but definitely the work was not done to ABRA known standards. I drove away grateful for the work that was done, but bummed the entire car was not done to the specifications discussed. Thanks for listening.

The work itself was done to my satisfaction; the experience, however, was lacking. When I originally dropped off my car to get claim work done, I had requested for customer paid work to get done as well. It was an after hours drop so I made sure to follow Dale's instructions and clearly labeled it on the white envelope. The following day Cindy called to get paperwork signed. She verified that they were going to do the customer paid work as well. When I picked up my vehicle, I was dissapointed that the customer paid work wasn't completed. After talking with Dale, his politeness convinced me to still complete the work there. He said that he could get the parts in about a week, prepaint the part, and install the part in about one to two hours, so that it would be the least amount of inconvenience. I agreed. After a month of not hearing from the shop, I called Dale as to the status. In that conversation, I uncovered that the part had arrived only to be returned and that his work load prevented him from doing an accurate follow up. Dale said that he could overnight the part, and stick with his original commitments. We then agreed that I would drop my vehicle off in three days. The day before the drop I called the shop to confirm that the part had arrived and was ready for a quick install. Cindy said she would have Dale call me back. Later, I received a voicemail from Dale saying that the part wasn't painted but the work still wouldn't take long. The morning that I dropped my car Dale said that my car wouldn't be completed until end of the day because he was "fitting me in." I left my vehicle still feeling disappointed and unimportant because of the timeframe in which the work would get completed and because I was being fit in instead of being made to feel a priority. Once again, I was completely satisfied in the cosmetic finish. I just wouldn't recommend your shop for customer paid work because it seems that it is not as important as the insurance paid jobs.
