Greatly appreciate the quality of service. Beyond the repair, the customer service was phenomenal. They worked with me on connecting with auto rental, provided periodic updates to keep me abreast of progress, went above and beyond to provide meaningful assistance. When the repair was finished, they detailed the car! The car was sparkling - clean inside and out!! Thank you Service King for a job well done and phenomenal customer service!

Maybe my expectations were to high but I expected ALL the paint per the claim to be removed and all white spots covered. Most of the paint was removed but there were many white spots left that appear to be residue from the buffing/cleaning process.
