They only fixed the dents and completely ignored how bent-up the tail light area is. I made very sure to point this out at both the time of inspection/estimate and at drop-off. The dents were the obvious part; I was more concerned with the tail light that not fit..nothing was flush. To add insult to injury, they broke my tail light when they tried to force it into place. That should never have happened. There would have been no need to force the tail light had they completed the job as asked.

There were scratches on the left rear sidewall that were there when I dropped the car off on Saturday but the collision agent said he had pictures taken when the service man brought to his attention. Next time I will take my own pics before taking car in.
