SINCE THE BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS, THE RADIO NEEDED A REACTIVATION CODE TO PLAY AGAIN.THE TECH WAS NOT AVAILABLE (SATURDAY),SO I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR TO HERITAGE HONDA TO REACTIVATE THE RADIO.OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, ALL THE MECHANICAL REPAIRS APPEARED TO BE FINE, AND THE PAINT JOB LOOKED GREAT.

Service was great, repair is wonderful. Jerry's did not want to give me car until they had a check, didnt have one due to insurance company sending it to wrong place, not my fault, held me up, then had to make a 70 mile round trip to my office to pick one up and bring back to your company. Cost me time and money, missed 3 of my appointments on Thursday. Not good for a sales rep to do
