I’m very pleased with the quality of work that Franks Collision Center did on my Yukon. From the friendly ladies at the counter, to dealing with Alisha after my insurance agent messed up on the details of what was supposed to be done to my vehicle. The bumper on my vehicle was replaced, as well as a dent knocked out of the side from the accident and another dent that was unrelated to the accident. FCC took care of everything and I am highly happy with how wonderful the work looks. This company truly cares about making the customer happy and not only getting the job done quickly, but they do it with a smile on their face and genuine concern for their customer’s needs. I hope I don’t have to, but should I ever have another need for collision repair, I will definitely pick FCC to do the job.
