I have been bringing my 2011 328i to BMW Of Annapolis for mechanical service/body work and to purchase retail items/parts (floor mats) pretty much exclusively since 2011. My most recent (30 June 2015) visit was to the Collision Center, for body work repairs. Rachel and the team did a great job, I was really impressed with the way my vehicle looked, it hasn't looked that good since it was brand new. I can honestly say that the high quality customer service that I receive from every staff member that I encounter during each visit at BMW Of Annapolis is excellent. It pales in comparison to a couple of the other dealership that I have gone to in the MD/VA area. The staff at BMW Of Annapolis are all very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and courteous, from the Service Advisors (Alan, Jane, James and Jennifer), Rachel and the folks in the Collision Center, to the ladies that work the Loaner/Rental Car counter, and to the nice guys that greet you/take your car away when you first drive up to the door to check-in with your Service Advisor. They keep you informed on the status of your vehicle, there are never long waits because they can usually tell you pretty early during the diagnostics if an unforeseen circumstance will require a longer repair time than originally anticipated, and they will then quickly put you in a loaner or rental car. This team appears to be committed to making every customer's experience a good one, and ensuring that we are all satisfied when we leave with our vehicles. They go the extra mile to please their customers. I say this based on my observation sometimes of their interaction with other customers while I am waiting on my own vehicle. Whenever I bring my vehicle to this dealership, I have a high level of confidence in this staff and the great work that they do consistently.

Second time I have had BMWoA do body and paint work on a collectible BMW. The work is impeccable and is close to off-the-factory-line that you can get. Rachel and her team are professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.
