The repair seems to be great. I really appreciate the fact that you were able to get it done on time despite the difficulties in having to repair the part. It would have greatly been appreciated to get the promised early afternoon call regarding whether or not the work would be able to be done Friday, Monday or Tuesday. My ride was inconvenienced by the wait and it ended up that she could not take me at the last minute. I did otherwise appreciate the professionalism displayed by all members of the staff encountered.

We purchased a vehicle January from Roper Kia and it needed a paint repair on the bumper which was promised at purchase. When it was completed the car came back to us and the bumper continued to drop from its original position. We took the car back recently to have it fixed and when my husband inspected the car it was still loose.
Now we have to make another return visit to have the bumper fixed. I am unclear why someone cannot see that the part was not placed back on properly in the first place. I was very disappointed that I still have to make a return visit to get it fixed.
I can tell you if I did business and turned a product out that was this poor repeatedly, I would be out of business.
