When I brought my car to the shop, we agreed that my car will be done by 10/20 Tuesday but I got my car Friday. Our family schedule was messed up because my car was not done according to the date they promised. Also when I went to get my car Friday the person working was just concern about my payment and when I gave the payment she just handed me the key. She didn't even bother to show me where is my car, and nobody even show or explain to me what they did. I am not satisfied about their service and I would not recommend this Richard body shop to anyone!
