Bruce went above and beyond to get the car fixed as quickly as possible. We were updated with both text messages as well as phone calls from him. There were delays due to parts being on back order but they continued looking until they found the parts and as soon as they had the parts they were quick to far the car repaired but not so quick that they did not ensure it was 100 percent fixed. I will only use Riley in the future for car repairs and will recommend to family and friends. Well done by all staff but especially Bruce. Thank you.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The staff there is excellent and I have no doubt that they did an excellent job. My only disappointment was that I was told that the truck would be completed by 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon, Via text the day before, and when I called to verify that at about 3:30 yesterday I was told that they were “putting it back together” and would probably not have it cleaned up by 5 o’clock. However, in fairness I was given a Kwik Karr voucher for a free wash which I very much appreciate.

The repairs were done in a professional and timely manor..I had ask to be sure and keel my truck locked when unattended.when I came to pick it up it was parked outside with the keys in it. I think the communication breakdown was between the collision center and the dealership.
