First, the quality of the repairs appear to be excellent. However, the customer service was very frustrating. I was initially told by Jayme that all parts were available and that repairs should be completed in 2-3 weeks. In my mind, I set my personal expectation to 4 weeks. By the way, I had a rental car available for 30 days from my insurer. I received no updates from Jayme unless I called. I began calling at 3 weeks. Repairs were nowhere near complete. Thereafter, she indicated on multiple occasions that completion of repairs were just around the corner. At about 6 weeks, I was told by Jayme that she was waiting on a part. Ultimately, I was dealing with Joey, who was more communicative and delivered on what he said. However, it took 8 weeks total.
I would not hesitate to have repairs made at Reynolds again, but I would not go there if I had to deal with Jayme at any point.
