I'd recommend that more than one person is trained in the automatic text messaging system that is currently utilized. Due to lack of experience with the program, I made an unnecessary trip to the shop to retrieve my car only to be surprised that the work was not yet complete. Other than this, the messaging system is highly convenient.

I was disappointed to find the inside of my car quite dusty and dust fingerprints on my leather interior. In addition, whoever reinstalled my front window vent visor installed it in the wrong track. When putting my window up it rammed into the vent visor causing the plastic to crack.

After being a week behind schedule because it "went back for corrections" there is overspray on to the black vinyly under the grill and the car was dirty on outside.Never had bodywork done but Id assumed 7,000 dollars worth the work and a week behind schedule i was hoping for no flaws and quick exterior detail for delivery. Im not complaining and leaving my car for more corrections when I went a month without it.Staff was friendly
