Could of done it right the first time however you should of only charged me half of the deductible not just take 100.00 of of the 500.00 deductible it should of only been 250.00 after all I have been a loyal customer of key auto for years. And bought over 24 cars ask Portsmouth Chevy on how many cars a bought.
