I’ve used Dodson-Williams for all of my auto repairs. They are reliable, trustworthy and I always feel like they have my back. As far as I’m concerned, there is no place else to go.

I was disappointed at the lack of communication during the process. I had to call each day that the vehicle was due to be completed only to find out they needed another day. I was told at one point that the service man was working on other projects and just didn’t have the time to mount the bumper cover so the vehicle could be sent to the dealership for BSM calibration. What should have taken two full days to repair actually took four full days.
No follow-up is needed.
