The quality of the work was excellent, the body shop technician Moses was great. Moses listened to my concerns and treated me with care. The front desk ladies, however, need training in customer service. I was treated as if I were trying to cheat the shop simply because I asked to wait on the repairs because I had a few questions for my insurance company. I was threatened three times that my insurance would not pay for my rental if I did not allow for the repairs to be completed. That is the only reason I cannot say that I am completely satisfied.
