The whole experience was excellent; from the beginning estimate by Dave F.to the employee who blew the dust off our car on Monday morning (he wanted perfection, we were impressed). The car was to be completed in 3 days. A "small" dent was found @ 440.00! SEVEN days later car returned...had to ask for the supplement, then had to ask for the breakdown of the supplement. I don't know how many e-mails sent, changing the date of completion! I would have rented a bigger car had I known it would have taken so long and over the weekend. My weekend plans were canceled because of this debacle. I'm not sure a human voice ever thanked me for my business or apologized for my inconvenience. You asked! It'll be interesting, if there is a follow up on this...maybe another e-mail!!!?
