Should not promise delivery dates of one week in on Monday out by Friday! Or even by following Monday or Tuesday. Not realistic and establishes unrealistic expectations for your customers.

My experience was AWESOME. I was a casualty claim manager for the good hands people for 30 years. There is a reason I am insured with Statefarm. Their claims handling is efficient, smooth, stress less yet professional. The claims department was fast and friendly. Their investigation was thorough and expedited. Overall, I think it's unacceptable that I needed to wait over 2
Months to get my car fixed. In the end, my car wasn't 100% fixed correctly, back to how it used to be. I am not satisfied with the customer service, the extremely long time it took to get my car fixed and the numerous times I was told my car would be ready the following day and it wasn't.
