I've worked with Victory in the past, as has my best friend. I was not happy with the settlement of the Insurance company. They wanted to use non-manufacturer parts on the repair. When I told Victory about this they assured me that they would use Factory parts on the repair and that is exactly what they did. My car looks like it just came off the lot.
