Loved that my car was returned clean. Communication could have been better like an estimate as to when my car would be complete that would have been really nice. Other than that no complaints friendly people convenient location. People in place when you get there at set time and everything flowed perfectly. I pray that I never have to come back but if I need body work ever again I will use your service and recommend you to my friends.

The texts were somewhat confusing. I received multiple texts that my repair would be completed November 17, but then received a phone call on November 13 that it was done. It was a little tricky to return rental car and arrange pickup of repaired vehicle with such short notice.
