Wes, always goes above the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. For example I went by the shop today and he stopped what he was doing to go across the street to the clean up shop to retrieve my portfolio that was in the back seat of my car he had repaired.

Excellent experience! I received text messages updating me on the status of my repair. Customer service was fantastic! Although nobody wants to be involved in a wreck where there is damage to something they work hard for, Modern made it an easy experience!
