I liked the text message updates and Melissa was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The experience of someone hitting me, dealing with insurance, repairs, and rental car is a pain but UCR made everything easy. I hope I never need your service again, but I will definetly recommend this shop to anyone who does.

For one, I wasnt made aware of unrelated damage to the claim that could of been fixed. I believe I should of been called and at minimum given a quote to repair it. Secondly , it took my insurance broker to call and get an update in the vehicles progress. I was only called the night before pickup.
