Mark was very helpful and polite. They not only took care of the car damage, but also removed some other scratches from the car. There was a leak that resulted from repair work done there in July 2014 due to another accident. It continued to leak, and I brought it back for repairs in July 2015. Still had the leak. Mark believes the techs were able to fix it this time.
