I am impressed with the good communication keeping me informed as to the progress of my repair. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. One minor criticism is that, although I was the one who was dealing with the issues of getting my car repaired, both by phone and in person, the texts I received were addressed to my husband. In the future I think you should be clear on who you should be addressing. There are many capable women who own cars. Again, this is a minor criticism and I would refer others to you. I appreciate the professionalism and the excellent customer service. I was really appreciative of the fact that they kept me updated on the status of my car. They also ensured that I didn't have to worry about the rental car. They coordinated everything and it was transparent to me. My car was actually completed earlier than anticipated. They even cleaned my car inside and out. The staff is so courteous. They tell you what to expect and out you at ease knowing your car will be taken care of properly. Lastly, Joe even wen through all of the repairs with me. He assured me that I could contact them if there were any problems. I also received a copy of the lifetime warranty for the paint job. Extremely satisfied!!!

The repairs were initially not to my standards. I will give them credit for the effort to make it right, but after 3 tries, I picked my car up. After looking through the car, I took notice of two **** gold coins missing from my change drawer. I had this same car repaired 3 times prior for a repair to the front bumper. After buying two vehicles from this dealership, and 5 other vehicles bought by family members, I expected better service from the collision center and the service department. I am really considering taking my business elsewhere.
