I asked for a front light under the headlight to be changed ans asked if it was when I picked up the car. I was told all the lights were checked. The light is still out. I was not charged though. Now I need to find the time to have it replaced.

I am completely satisfied and would like to note where Marblehead Collision exceeded all of my past experiences with repair shops.
- Quality of work performed, very knowledgeable on the work required to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take
- Customer interaction, great communication on status of the vehicle and sending forms for my records
- Courtesy, my job was not an easy one (Allstate) and they still went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired the right way and make it is as easy for me as possible.
Overall a great experience and I will certainly bring any future car of mine here for repairs and recommend it to anyone in need of repair.
