I had already obtained 2 estimates prior to arriving at your shop. With the suggestion from Hertitage Chevy, I conatacted my insurance. My situation was eligible for a claim and wouldn't raise my rates.
The entire staff was friendly, reacted with urgency and helped to get my vehical back before the holiday started. In fact the vehical was done in under 3 wwwdays after entering the shop.
It was done prior to the holiday which I had to work the entire weekend through to Tuesday night.
The established service also had Hertz car rental have paper underway for me in 5 minutes. Instead of a taxi cab, I was at work in a vehical.
My thanks to the team Jeff is working with for the short turnaround of work time during an unexpected situation.
A 10 out of 10 would be my rating.
