I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. You can't tell your customer that you don't have the parts to fix the car and you don't know when it's going to come. You should not have pulled my windshield before verifying and ordering a new windshield. The excuse of your supplier not having it is no excuse. Instead of taking responsibility, all you did was make excuses and blamed your supplier. You left me with no car, no estimated completion date and worst of all with a feeling of hopelessness. I will go out of my way to make sure my friends and acquaintances know how bad my experience was with your shop. You get a 0 on a scale of ****-10.
