My service guy was great. However the work was incomplete and I had to return my vehiavle under FiX IT warrery status the same day. Side not the repainted components had a lot of dirt particles imbedded into to the clear cote. Finish work on the edges of the repainted components were not probably sanded. Over all work appeared to be slightly above average the details were definitely overlooked. Although would come back again nobody is perfect I really did appreciate the attention to make it right. In this regard I give the experience a 9 out of 10. I might be easy because I have multiple vehicles and having this vehicle have stay longer did not affect my mobility
