I never received any update calls about my car, I had to call everytime and I was told it would take 3 days when it really took over a week. Great job on the repair though I just wish there was more communication.

Joe did an excellent job. Good team effort. The two ladies at the front desk called me frequently to keep me informed. Everything was very well organized and coordinated between the insurance co., rental car co., and hyundai dealer.

At first there was a communication break down. But after after talking to Christopher he assured me that everything would be taken care of.
