Awesome Service from Mike and his gang. Brian's body crew did an excellent job as well. Went in for body work and Mike discovered brakes worn and pan leak. Both shops worked together and had me out by Fri afternoon as promised.

I love using Kenneth's for my repair needs. The results are always amazing.
My only recommendations are as follows:
****. You need more accuracy in your time needed to repair estimates. A five day insurance estimate actuality took 8 business days from a Monday. This created some logistics problems for me.
2. More effort is needed to provide updates via phone calls. Your office has started relying too heavily on vague email updates that do not provide any explanation in regards to the status of the repair or in other words its progress.
I think you have a great shop and do fantastic work, and if you improve these two things your customer service will be fantastic too.
