Poor communication I wasn't kept inform in the process of repairs. No notification on the step by step procedures. In addition very poor customer service from staff to manager. The customer needs took a back seat. Not to mention that I am military and no courtesy about time.

I don't want to be contacted. The service was adequate, but the miscommunication about pick up times could have been handled better. The texting system is nice but sends mixed messages when paired with the unscripted phone calls.
Please consider keeping weekend and/or later evening hours to accommodate your working customers.
