Even though I'm sure they tried to save money by ordering an after factory bumper for my car...which didn't fit...they were able to order and place the correct bumper which looks perfect. This delayed the completion process but I was kept informed. Lastly I want to thank and commend Mike for communicating with me and for his willingness to meet my needs by allowing me to pick up my car on his time/day off...he was very accommodating and professional.
