I was supposed to receive a call after my car was inspected I didn't recieve that call. I was also told by Daryl if the damage is high enough your shop would cover the deductible I was lied to about that I am very upset with your company and will never recommend anyone to use your shop. I was never treated like a customer should be and when I went to the shop to find out the status of my car they already started the work when I was very clear about them calling me before anything gets done. I am extremely upset especially since I have to pay a 250 deductible when I was told if the damage was over 3500 it would be covered. I feel like yall robbed me and my mom and I will be looking to report your shop to the BBB. Have a nice day and make sure your employees start doing there job!!
