I went in for my estimate on Tues. morning. My rep was Eric. He looked my car over and asked how soon I would like to have the repairs. I said as soon as possible. He said he could order my bumper today. I got a rent car from the Enterprise office in house and was on my way. Eric called me Thurs. evening to tell me my car was ready. Less than one week from the time I was involved in an accident I had my car back. Looks good. So far, so good! Eric was awesome. He was upbeat, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in his job. Thank you!

The repair center was excellent. Everything there went smoothly. However calling the corporate office to schedule was a nightmare. To make things easier the location closest to customer should call to schedule or the costumer should be able to go through them and not some out of state calling center.
