I was told when I came there from geicovthat it was a one stop place. I came to get my car today and the women there were unfriendly and did not give me good info. They said that I need to go to enterprise to change my credit card on file since they will charge me. I was in middle of work and had to go. When I got there they said that I didn't need to come. They wouldn't ave charged me. Then when o went into my car there was a piece missing near the handle . I spoke to rob who was helpful and he said he would order mw a part. I told him I will not pay foe it cause it was there before I brought my car in.

All of my communications with Cheryl, Rob and Jim were very professional as well as curteous. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done on my daughters Toyota and really appreciate the fact that she was able to pick up the car before the holiday weekend.
