I found this to be an an amazingly simple and agreeable experience. I almost begged to fill out a survey. The front office personnel were genuinely warm and engaging, it was a pleasure talking to them. The paperwork was simple. I was impressed that I received daily phone and text updates. And gosh the car looks better than ever. Better than new. Also, the Geico adjuster was pretty amazing too. Hope I get a survey from them

The group at Abra (Tim especially) did an excellent job of explaining the process and keeping me informed of the progress made along the way. The estimate was spot on and they were able to complete repairs in a week. My SUV looks as good as it did before the accident and I highly recommend Abra.
