The people at ABRA were very friendly and helpful. I was updated on the status of the repair several times via text message. The estimate said the repair should take nine days and that is exactly how long it took. The staff at ABRA went above and beyond what they had to do. I am very, very satisfied with the ABRA Auto Body & Glass company. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.

Your text messages didn't match their process. I called them everytime I received your text messages said" job is completed", but they said "not yet" actually they delayed 2 days. The hook cannot be closed well so I returned to pick up my car in next day. However they completed the job very Good so far. I am still testing.
