You stress the survey so much I feel obligated to raise one point. I was told a couple of times that I would get text messages during the process. I needed to make driving arrangements so expected the messages. I called to get status and promised a call back with an update. Didn't happen so I had to call again. Was given status and told I'd get a call later, which I did. It seems like they had to check with production, so maybe someone there drops the ****. Again, you guys are great.
