I like how the Abra location in Carol Stream kept me updated on my car and the texts were not over whelming at all. Upon picking up the vechical they explain to me what was done to the car and had me aware of the warranty on the paint which was nice to know. Overall I will recommend this locations to other people in the future.

They were all wonderful. Marie was so helpful and made it so easy for me to drop off and pick up my vehicle. When I dropped my vehicle off, I had my young son with me and she got everything in order so quickly. The job was completed extremely quickly, and I was kept informed every step of the way. I Have been called twice to pick my car but when I see it the damage is not properly done It was a very bad experience. the paint is not properly done . the new bumper is not much with the the rest of the body. It was a very disappointing experience . Still waiting for a complete change . I still expect a complete job . Please be advised that not to forget compelete the job and address the customers need . Put yourself in customers shoes and what customers expect .

Just an uplifting experience - with the Carol Stream, IL store! Maria - had the foresight to reserve a rental car for me. with Enterprise ( due to the local Hertz being ubreliable)! They did a terrific job with the repairs. The restoration is perfect. As an unexpected plus, was the customer service- which was ‘above and beyond’. Staff arranged my rental car, communicated about expectations and kept in touch on progress. They even waited after hours so I could get my car after work and left a courtesy bottle of water in my car. Awesome.
