Very professional! The staff at Abra and Enterprise knew what they were doing. I had no issues nor questions because they explained everything to me right away or complete the necessary steps needed so that I wouldn't have to worry/ try to figure things out on my own. I had an issue with Enterprise last time (they were connected with Gerber). I was basically told, okay now you need a rental, go next door and get one. I liked that this time everything was all ready for me to get my rental. I also liked the daily, if not often, updates I got to let me know what was going on with my car.
