I liked the texting along the way and the response when I texted back assuring my car would be done before my trip. From start to finish you all have been kind and understanding. I really liked the automated text messages that were delivered while my car was in repairs. The messages kept me updated on how the repairs were going and also gave me an estimated completion time and date. They even sent a text message letting me know they were a little ahead of schedule. That took all the worry and wondering away. Great job Teresa's team.
