I appreciated the regular updates on the repairs being done and that they usually included the expected completion date. Every time I called or had a question I was met with respect and my questions were answered fully and with a reasonable amount of explanation.
Additionally, I was allowed to keep the loaner car for longer than I had anticipated because my repairs took longer than expected. This was hugely appreciated and took a financial burden of having to rent a car off of my shoulders.
The car was cleaned thoroughly and everything was just as I had left it.
Thank you for being efficient, tidy, and respectful. I would certainly recommend your shop to a friend or family member.
